Visiting CrossFit Park City?

We love nothing more than having visitors from other boxes come “throw down” with us. To start the drop-in process, please email us at kailey@crossfitpc.com and let us know when you will be arriving. We ask that you have at least 3 months of CrossFit experience to join a class or attend an open gym time. Please plan to arrive five minutes before scheduled class time so we can provide you with a waiver to sign (our insurance friends make us do this) and introduce you to our box. Please be aware that we start about 5 minutes after class so please come in and make yourself at home!

Our primary focus at CFPC is teaching and we hope you learn something new while your here! If possible we ask that you steer clear of the 5:15 am, 8:30 am, & 4:30pm classes as they can be busier times for us. You can find our class schedule here. Also we are located at 6,300 ft. of elevation and it can be very challenge to catch your breath at this altitude. Add CrossFit and it’s even more challenging! We recommend drinking water or something with electrolytes to stay hydrated. We hope that you enjoy the change in scenery, clientele, maybe even music. If anything makes you uncomfortable, however, please let us know. We look forward to meeting you!

Weekdays: 5:15am, 6:30 am, 8:30 am, 9:30 am, 4:30 pm, & 5:30 pm

Saturdays: 7 am & 9 am

Open Gym Schedule

Weekdays: 12 pm - 2 pm

Saturdays: 8 am - 9 am
