We offer classes for every level of fitness. Please show up 5-10 minutes early so you can get the most out of your training.

CrossFit

Weekdays
5:15 am, 6:30 am, 8:30 am, 9:30 am, 4:30 pm and 5:30 pm

Saturdays
7 am & 9 am

These group classes are the core of our affiliate. They welcome the beginner to advanced or elite athlete. The variety in movements, time domains, loading, and repetitions throughout the weeks and months will give attendees a large, well rounded, base of fitness. Each class is run the same throughout the day and will include the following.

-General Warm Up

-Specific Warm Up & Instruction of Movements

-Scaling Options & Review of Programmed Workout

-Coaching During the Workout to Ensure Safety and the Proper Intensity

-Cool Down & Accessory Work

We do not cap our class sizes or require sign ups, rather we allow you to choose which class time works best for you each day. Class sizes can vary from 8-25 depending on the day and class time.

Kids and Teens Athlete development

WE TRAIN ATHLETES TO BE THE BEST THEY CAN BE ON THE FIELD.

On the field or in competition, this means scoring more, hitting harder, improved separation, throwing harder, quicker recovery, better foot speed, improved vertical leap, and outlasting opponents.

MOVE programs are designed to increase strength, conditioning, power, and speed as well as develop athletic ability and positioning. We offer multiple pricing and schedule options to meet the needs of groups and individuals and deliver results.

Personal Training

All of our trainers offer one on one sessions and can be contacted through the email listed on their bios. We all find benefit from some extra attention or if you would like to focus on specific movements these sessions will allow the time and attention necessary for quicker improvements. We offer discounted rates to our members as well as packages that can help keep the cost reasonable, and allow you to reach your fitness goals more quickly.

Spark is a fitness program offering simple, easy to implement nutritional concepts, conditioning pieces in a variety of time durations, and movement utilizing bodyweight and light resistance training to help build the foundations of fitness.

Our nutritional approaches give you direction without overwhelming you with dietary restrictions and limitations. We believe in small steps which lead to lasting change. We provide monthly recommendations with accountability and a flexible approach.

Conditioning typically comes in the form of rowing, biking, and running. We use a variety of time durations, intervals, and intensity levels to achieve results.

Movements include bodyweight and light resistance training utilizing dumbbells and bands. We believe in functional movements which translate to activities outside of the gym.
