Crossfit Level II Trainer

Since discovering CrossFit last year, Eric began using it as his own personal training program because he enjoyed being able to compete against other athletes who were doing the same thing throughout the country. In 2010, Eric competed in the CrossFit Games and came in 19th place. He also holds a certification from the National Strength and Conditioning Association as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and has certifications in Olympic Lifting, Power Lifting, Kids, and Nutrition.
Eric began wrestling at the age of five and continued through college where he was a Division 1 wrestler. Eric graduated with a degree in Fitness and Recreational Management. He loves to share his passion for fitness with both adults and children. He has experience working with individuals with disabilities at the National Ability Center and the Park City High School Learning Center.
Through these opportunities, he has been fortunate enough to train people with many different ability levels, including conditioning college and high school athletes, creating exercise programs for kids of all ages, and coaching wrestling. He also works for CrossFit Headquarters and is available to train individuals who are working towards improving their own fitness levels. He also runs the CrossFit Kid and Teen programs, and can’t wait to share his love of physical fitness with you!
