Not sure what 2050 will be like…I won’t be around then! I’m amazed we’ve made it to 2010!! Happy New Year!

  2. Julie says:

Lot’s of walkers, Chris, you will be 70 :) Oh, and your “baby” will be 40. Why don’t we just see what CrossFit 2010 brings :) I’m pretty excited for that….

  3. Dr. Dave says:

Boomer the back view is much better than the front.
Best of luck for a speedy recovery. Before you know it you will be as good as new!!

  4. Eric O says:

Looking good Boomer, Nat is one lucky lady!!

  5. Boomer says:

Oooh baby! Didja notice the gown on backwards?? LOL! yeah, pretty hot – but I heard alot of giggling at the nurses’ station…hmmmm. Recovery is going as well as can be expected – still pretty immobile, but day by day and brick by brick, will be back to 100% in time. Keep working hard, gang, and thanks for the well wishes!

  6. Speal says:

Looking good as ever Boomer. Missing you in the gym but Nat definitely put in the work for you as well today. Hang in there and we will see you soon no doubt!

I think CrossFit 2050 will be alot like Back to the Future 2. Hoverboards and flying cars. Marty McFly and Doc Brown teaching thrusters.
Seriously though, I’m always curious to see how diet / exercise / what’s good for you changes with time. What are we eating, drinking, or doing today that we will discover isn’t great for us in the future? Think about cigarettes in the 40′s!
I think that CrossFit will be very similar in the future. Maybe some changes in duration, rep schemes, etc, but the movements are so universal, I think they’ll last.
