200 Meter Farmers Walk (52/35)
3:00 worth of l-sits
Comments: You can scale the l-sit to a tuck position, hang from a bar, or one leg out at a time. Do you have to scale them?

Hey Gang! *Timely reminder for the CrossFit BBQ at our place Monday, 6pm. PLEASE get on the sign up list at the gym, or if you’re not gonna make it to the gym Sat post your note here: WHAT you’ll bring and HOW MANY PEEPS! So far we’re looking at 40 or so! Its gonna be fun! What a great way to celebrate our fantastic box and WORLD CLASS TRAINERS and their success at the Games last weekend!! We want to try and get a good head count of HOW MANY and list of who is bringing WHAT by Sunday so we can pull it together by Monday…so…3 – 2 – 1 – GO!!!! Get on the list!! *AND don’t forget, if you’ll be enjoying beer or wine or “other” bring your drink of choice, we’ll have ice and tubs!
