Hey CrossFit Gang! Can’t wait til Monday for a rocking good bbq!! Nat and I are getting stuff going and are looking for a good head count so please be sure and sign up in the gym! We’re gonna grab (paleo) beef and turkey for burgers and want to be sure to have enough! Looking forward to having you guys over and celebrating our AWESOME trainers and AWESOME gym!!! You guys all ROCK!!

That is quite a motley crew. Looks like a bunch of scary inbreds. That is, except for my beautiful wife, Julie! Ha!
What time are you having the bbq? We want to come, but my mom comes into to town that day. Not sure what time we have to pick her up from the airport.
Mike you sure look shady peaking around Julie there. I’m bummed I missed the picturwe. It sure was nice to have everyone there though, it was like our home away from home except with 100 degree weather and hellacious WOD’s.
