Thanks for that video Chris, very cool. I practice them and can do up to 6-7 but this is great for clients progression.
I tried the band this morning for the butterflies and that was really cool. I was amazed at how that little tension from the band helped do the butterfly movement. I also did it for a kip and it helped with that movement too. Seriously cool technique Chris, thanks for sharing.
