Chris, it looks lie you read your buddy Pat S’s article in the CF Journal today: “light to moderate weight hurts way more than heavy weight does”. His article went on to say that they, “leave you lying on the ground wondering how something so “simple” turned out to be so nasty.”
Yeesh.
Dad and I are competing in the open…we’ve both registered. Just tell us when to come to the weekly WOD.
Hey Chris or Eric, will we be having a weekly throwdown like last year? Perhaps thursday nights? Just wondering so I can start asking for that night off….. stupid real job….
We will be cheering the CFPC competitors.

O.K. 7 thrusters, 7 sdlhp, 7 burpees for 12 minutes…why is it that workout seemed to suck the life out of us? WOW! Even at moderate weight. Hang in there PM classes…you can do this!

Chris and Eric, thank you for allowing me to work out with your 8:30 group the last two days. You guys have a great environment and I loved meeting a lot of your members. Like I told Chris this morning, today’s WOD was sneaky and I felt like I got punched square in the mouth after round 1. It was a good one for sure! Thanks again and if any of you ever get up to NW Arkansas, look us up.
Leo: That my friend is home made and you can get all you need at home depot. Superstrut, plumbing pipe, some washers, and tees/unions to piece it all together.
Addy: When did this come as a shocker to you. By the way, you can’t get a workout in 12 min, or 2 min, or if you row a 2k…. impossible.
EVERYONE: We are looking at taking the 4:30/5:30 classes each Thursday night and substituting the open WOD for that time. We will keep you posted but that’s what is going to be happening as of now.
