WOD

5 Rounds of the following complex:

-each rep is a squat clean

high hang, hang, full, push press

high hang, hang, full, push jerk

high hang, hang, full, split jerk

-Yes, that’s one complex, and you can’t put the bar down for the duration of the complex

Rest as needed between rounds

Comments:  How often do you look at the blog and have no idea what the workout is?

    This is one of those sneaky, nasty wods. 5 rounds of a complex, each complex has 9 squat cleans and 3 overheads? Ouch…

    Glsd we will have someone to demo this for us…high hang…hang…lots of “hanging” Whatever this all means, (I THINK I may have figured it out) I’m sure it will be ridiculously hard. Who is programming this week, Eric or Chris? I think I may be able to guess that one also.

    Zack,
    Keep it simple… one round is the following

    high hang squat clean, hang squat clean, full squat clean, push press, high hang squat clean, hang squat clean, full squat clean, push jerk, high hang squat clean, hang squat clean, full squat clean, split jerk

    you’ll do 5 rounds and rest as needed between rounds, treat it like a heavy day.

    Positions:
    High Hang- the bottom of your pockets on your pants
    Hang- your knees
    Full- weights to floor
