The largest mural ever was completed Thursday, as part of the seventh annual Guinness World Records Day. British artists ’3D Joe & Max,’ were the winners with their incredible 3D street mural that measures 9,601 square feet.

I currently have a “man cave” in my garage. The picture above displays a man doing L-pullups and the station he is using would be ideal for my WODS. Where may I purchase a bar like this?
I’m a little disappointed by the dedication of the 5:30 am crew. I show at 6:20, and there was no one here… So Chris was a little late, could have done all kinds of different workouts until he got there, but no, everyone went to Krispy Kreme and stuffed their faces with doughnuts. Sad…
I am not sure that Mike D. has ever been to the 6:30 class at 6:20. Aside from that, so what is wrong with a little Krispy Kreme? Also, we know how much pressure the 5:30 class puts on everybody in the 6:30 class,so we figured you guys, especially Mike D. needed a break and he could be the rabbit for the day!!!!:)

Kim, Lavina and I thought about Krispy Kremes, along with a giant Starbucks, but we all lacked the necessary funds to make the stop. Sure wish Mike D would have arrived a hair early to sport us the $!
