I would like to see the mainsite WOD from last week with the high rep, low weight back squats and rope climbs. Looked zesty!!
This looks like a fun one…quite creative.
I’m with Addy, have yet to climb on the new ropes!
Man Makers!
I would like to see Med-ball cleans, it’s been a while. The main site hasn’t put a WOD up with Med-Ball cleans in a while, & at the CrossFit certifications that’s one of the main movements they focus on. Med-Ball cleans for sure
I hope y’all don’t mind me commenting; my members & I trust/love-hate your coaches programming/WODs.
Eric….G.I. Jane!!!
Overhead Squats
Snatches
How about Zumba or using the shake weight? I hear you can really get results from these. I’ll even carbo load before the workout,
I agree with Erinn, OHS.
“Love my Bumper Plate” was fun! It was definitely challenging, as all workouts are…but it added some variety! Thanks.
Muscle ups
6 a.m.ers had a great jawing session this morning! Great times with some great people!!
Oh all right…. Overhead squats…..!
I like Jody’s comments on FB–With Crossfit, you still win, even if you’re last! And, if you’re Michael Lynch, you are featured on the main site even when you fail repeatedly!!!
For those of us fortunate to see Steve’s first and last appearance on the main site we all know why it was the last……can you say burpees?
NICE, Michael! Was wondering if/when you’d fire back.
“Wow…look at THOSE burpees!!!”
Let’s do some rope climbs.
In case anyone is wondering what Mike is referring to:

Thanks for the link, BurpeePolice. As I re-watch that video, once more I’m blown away. Steve’s movements are a symphony of polished intensity and raw, unadulterated power. So glad to have him as my Crossfit motivator. He sets a standard so high that I know I can never reach, but that always motivates me to work that much harder.
Although I agree without he above post, I must say foul play. That was not me.
